About the role
Join the cohealth School Readiness Funding (SRF) team in a flexible, purpose-driven role that blends 1:1 clinical work with coaching and capacity building. You'll work across diverse kindergarten settings within the Melbourne, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Hobson's Bay and Wyndham local government areas, supporting educators and families to strengthen children's communication, wellbeing, inclusion and participation as they transition to school.

Your duties include:
- Work collaboratively with the Early Years community to deliver quality evidence-based programs and supports to educators and families
- Demonstrate effective capacity building for educators and families to support children prepare for school
- Manage scheduling, and communication with services in utilising their SRF allied health entitlement

Our ideal candidate:
- A graduate or post-graduate degree in psychology
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Understanding of Adult learning and capacity building models of service
- Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission
